Under Setup > MIDI > Input Devices, check if your MIDI controller is listed here and if it's checked.You should only set up something here if you have a certain type of keyboard/controller and if the user guide of your keyboard/MIDI controller is suggesting it. ![]() Under Setup > Peripherals > MIDI Controllers, everything should be set to none.On Windows: Set Pro Tools to Run as Administrator to properly access device drivers. Right-click on the Pro Tools icon on your desktop, then click on Properties. Go to the Compatibility tab, and tick the box for Run this program as an administrator. Click Apply, then OK to implement the changes.Make sure you are running Pro Tools under an Administrator account. ![]()
